Lisa has 20 years of experience working on human rights, environmental justice and legal reform projects. She has held a variety of international development positions, advising and leading complex programs and diverse teams in Turkey, Georgia, North Macedonia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

She is an attorney licensed in the United States, currently based in the Netherlands. A past member of the D.C. Bar Economic Development Committee, Executive Director of an established NGO in Washington, DC and founder of a new public advocacy center in post-conflict Sarajevo, Lisa has wide expertise in organizational development, proposal writing, strategic planning, licensing and incorporation, regulatory and grant compliance.

Lisa is a committed environmental advocate with a life-long interest in sustainable development, a former professional sailor and an avid scuba diver.
